One of the founders of the United States, a diplomat, philosopher, national hero, committee chairman of the writing of the Declaration of Independence of the United States, ideologist of the democratic direction of the country Thomas Jefferson was born in the city of Sedwell, Virginia, April 13, 1743. His parents were rich planters, belonged to the Protestant church.
In 1752, the future president attended the local school of Scottish pastor William Douglas. Later, Thomas went to college. He studies hard for 15 hours a day and as a result receives higher grades.Jefferson also authored a charter on Religious Freedom and made an incredible effort to separate the church from the state.
In 1801 Thomas Jefferson becomes President of the United States of America. But this high-ranking Jefferson office reduces government debt, optimizes federal government, and reduces army numbers.
Jefferson cut pieces of text from various New Testament editions and glued them to blank sheets. The ex-president wrote to one of his friends saying that he had succeeded: "What I have done is the highest moral code that has ever been offered to people."
